§ 1. Liability
idhosting.dk takes daily backups of customer information, expiry times etc. This means that we do not make backups of the customer’s game server or VPS.
It is at your own risk, and we advise that you use 2FA and do not share your password with others.
When creating sub-users for panels, it is at your own risk. IDhosting is solely responsible for getting the product delivered to the customer.
§ 2. Data storage
When purchasing VPS hosting, you agree that you will not use it for illegal purposes. Illegal purposes are considered to be anything that is not legal in Denmark.
Illegal incidents of any kind are not accepted via our network.
At no time may you use your VPS for sending or any kind of illegal activities.
All our VPS are with unlimited traffic, we reserve the right to change this at any time if necessary.
It is your responsibility that SPAM is not sent from your VPS.
Your VPS can also be terminated without notice in case of abuse or destruction of infrastructure. This also applies to all web hotels.
§ 3. Right of withdrawal & refund
When shopping at ID Hosting, your 14-day right of withdrawal is waived as soon as the product is put into use. Refunds of amounts cannot be made. In special cases, ID Hosting may be to blame for downtime, here an individual assessment will be made.
When your product has been put into use, the rental period of your product begins, if the product has not been put into use, we will carry out a thorough check of your server.
We waive the right of withdrawal for business customers – this requires separate contracts.

§ 4. Termination
If you choose to terminate the product/service from today, all data will be deleted immediately.
If you have chosen to terminate the product/service on the expiry date, it will only be deleted on the expiry date.
You must cancel your payment yourself. If you forget to deregister payment, it will only be possible to get a refund of 50% of the amount paid.
We reserve the right to charge an administration fee upon termination.
§ 5. Payment & delivery
All payments are made via PayPal, Stripe and quickpay, which are our payment gateways.
As a customer, you will receive your product within 24 hours.
Pay special attention to the fact that you typically receive your product within a few minutes, and in the worst case it can take up to 24 hours.
You can choose to have your product renewed automatically through our customer panel.
On idhosting.dk products there is no binding period, our invoices are issued a few days before the next subscription period. In case of non-payment, the product/service will be closed 5 days after the payment date.
If you have chosen automatic payment, the product/service will be renewed and money will be automatically deducted for the next subscription period.
§ 6. Violation of conditions
If the customer breaks our guidelines, then their 14-day right of withdrawal expires, as we believe that the specific product has been put into use. Read about this § 4. Termination.
Furthermore, we want to make the customer aware that idhosting can unilaterally change the trading conditions without notice, and it is the customer’s own responsibility to keep up-to-date on the trading conditions
§ 7. Network
Excessive use of the network will cause us to reduce your speed. If abuse is experienced in our network, this will be considered abuse and will result in suspension of the server and account without the possibility of buying from us again.

We want you to always have confidence in IDHosting.dk Therefore, we are the data controller for the processing of the personal information you provide to us or we collect from you. However, we only process the information that is relevant to your activity at IDHosting.dk
We have processes and workflows that ensure that we comply with the Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act. And therefore your information is processed and stored in a way that respects your right to privacy.

What information is collected?
IDHosting.dk only collects personal data that is necessary for us, and we process it in accordance with the applicable legislation.
We process the following categories of registered users:
– Customers
– Suppliers
And the following categories of personal data:
– Company name, address and telephone number for use when delivering products and services
– E-mail if you have registered to receive our newsletter or as a user on our website
This means that the general contact information is used for the delivery of a product or service. And we collect your e-mail so that we can send you an order confirmation and newsletters.
You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. You do this via a link to unsubscribe, which you will find at the bottom of each newsletter.
We process the personal data for the following purposes:
– Order processing and delivery of goods and services, including invoicing
– Contracts and agreements
– Ongoing information about new goods or services as a result of signing up for our newsletter on our website
How is the information collected?
IDHosting.dk collects information about you e.g. via cookies, chat, pop up and Facebook.
When you log in to IDHosting.dk, we identify you. We use cookies to store information about your use of the pages. We use them to make it easier for you to use our website and to improve it.
When you chat with us, your chat conversation will be saved. And when you interact (click on or register) one of our pop ups, we collect relevant data. Information from chat and pop up is used to provide you with a good service.
Who has access to the information?
We treat your information confidentially and pass it on only if you have given your consent.
IDHosting.dk never passes on or entrusts personal data to third parties unless otherwise agreed – we do not transfer your personal data to third countries.
We store the personal data for as long as is necessary in relation to the fulfillment of the purpose for which it is collected. The personal data will then be deleted.
What rights do you have?
You have a number of rights at all times, which IDHosting.dk must ensure fulfillment of.
You therefore have the right to the following:
